After two hits by Corrado Fontana in the first 2 rounds of the IRC 2015, HMI will introduce at the 35th International Rally del Casentino's start line the second Hyundai i20 WRC, driven by Luigi Fontana.
129 crews coming from 9 different nations, including big stars from the Rally world as Stéphane Sarrazin, Lorenzo Bertelli, the three times European Champion Luca Rossetti, Luca Betti and the protagonists of the IRC 2015, are ready to fight the HMI/Fontana's leadership
Corrado Fontana: "The Casentino's is a great Rally. the organizers did a wonderful job and are putting together a list of great drivers. It is one of the Rallies I prefer, thanks to the special stages, the location and the people's enthusiasm. This year there will be even more fight than the last years and we are definitely curious to see how far we can get with our Hyundai i20 WRC. After two victories, of course we are still focused in winning the race, even if this time we are going to face world-class riders. We can't wait!".
The 35th International Rally del Casentino will kick off on Friday 17th with the prologue in Bibbiena's streets; after the night break, the competitors will face eight special stages totaling 140.83 km of timed sections.
